Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect my calendar?

1. Visit the Zinnia portal
2. Accept Terms
3. Select which calendar you'd like to scan 'Sign up with Google' or 'Sign up with Microsoft'
4. The next page will prompt you to choose an account, we highly recommend you pick your work account to maximize the experience.
5. To allow access to your account, click "Allow."

I signed up for Zinnia but I haven’t received my first email yet, did it work?

It did! Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for your profile to register in our system. If you don’t receive your first Zinnia Daily email after more than 48 hours, please contact support@getzinnia.com.

Can I change which calendar is connected? 

You can! On your login page click the Disconnect button.
Then you’ll re-connect the calendar of your choosing using the following steps:
1. Visit the Zinnia portal
2. Accept Terms
3. Select which calendar you'd like to scan 'Sign up with Google' or 'Sign up with Microsoft'
4. The next page will prompt you to choose an account, select the account you’d like to connect your calendar to. 
5. To allow access to your account, click "Allow."

I’m not on Eastern Time, do you have options to align email delivery based on my time zone?

Not yet, but this is coming soon! 

Which email and calendar tools does Zinnia integrate with?

Zinnia currently integrates with Google and Microsoft calendars.

What does it cost to receive daily emails with meeting summaries through Zinnia Daily?

It is free to receive daily emails with Zinnia Daily.

When will I receive the Zinnia Daily emails?

Emails will be sent out at 6 am ET every single day. 

I want more robust information in the profiles I’m searching, when will this be available?
